A vertical composition of offset volumes rises above the Manhattan grid, each level shifting to create deep cantilevers and private outdoor terraces. The stacked massing breaks the typical tower profile, giving the building a strong presence while maintaining openness toward the city.
Full-height glazing reveals layered interior programs, where residential and shared spaces are framed by structure and light. The result is a tower defined by balance and tension, engineered in form yet expressive in how it meets the skyline.
